Injection moulding

Injection moulding is manufacturing technique to make products out of plastic pellets. These procuts van be workpiece carrier, a bin or lid. The pellets are first heated and then sprayed into a mould under high pressure. After cooling down the plastic retains the shape of the mould and a new product is born.

A complete product or semi-finished product is made with barely any human labor. The use of injection moulding also offers the most versatile solutions. This is why injection moulding is often the best choice, even though there's a high investment for a mould.
