Insert bins
The insert bins are manufactured from the same plastic as the bins themselves and have the same characteristics. This is why they can even be used without an outside bin. It is also possible to have them custom made.
Deviders
We keep 5 different heights and 2 kinds in stock to create the deviders: Soft plastic to saw to the right size or hard plastic to break into the correct size. U can choose the size of the divisions yourself. All you need to do is tell us what size compartments you want. We will take care of the rest, in any plastic you wish (polypropylene, gray, white or black in several thicknesses, or ESD proof PS).
Foam
Engels has a line of standard plates in several sizes and thicknesses wich can be fitted with a self-adhesive strip. Aside from standard sizes Engels can also create custom foam interiors. Manufacturing foam interiors using a die cutter is the cheap and quick, but it does require a one time investment to create the die. Alternitevly we can create them using a water jet cutter: with just a couple of bins we are able to create custom work, going on the available drawings, or even better, the product to be packaged.
