Automotive Klappa
The new generation GLT (Gross Ladungs Träger). Available in two heights, according to automotive industry protocols Galia (France) and VDA (Germany). Labelling according to the European agreement "Odette". The inside of the box is flat. The outside has little reinforcement ribs: the corners are double walled. This is why the Klapa doesn't get as dirty, doesn't damage as quickly and is taxable up to 4125 kg (safetyfactor 1,5).
Hygienic heavy burdon Smartbox
No hollow spaces, a minimum number of reinforcementribs, no place for dirt to get stuck in. Thanks to the design a maximum efficiency (volume/outer size ratio). Folded open these palletboxes form a tight and smooth surface, water won't gather on top of it. Long term taxability up to 1000 kg per box and 5000 kg when stacked (tested up to 10.000 kg on a short term).
Heavy duty bulkbox
Classic American foldable palletboxes, no-nonsens design, extremely strong. Thicker sidewalls and reinforcementribs thanks to the manufacuring with structural foam HDPE. Steel hinge pins, steel reinforcement of the runners, steel collision protection at every corner. We've delivered thousands, for the delivery of unaddressed mail or the recycling of used car parts for example.
