Nestable export pallet's

Nestable pallet's are made from one solid piece. The upperdeck is usually perforated to make the pallet lighter and cheaper to produce. This also helps when extra cooling is required. Export pallet's have a light construction to cut shipping costs. They satisfy the UN regulations concerning intercontinental transport (ISPM directive 15, FAO).

The leg's of the ultra light pallets is bevelled to make them fit into standarized IATA air shipping containers (This goes for artikler numbers CPP 105 and CPP 110). Closed deck pallet's have a higher load capacity than export pallets with a perforated deck.

We offer a choice of several material's:
PO (polyolefinen) a mix of plastics with cellulose filling, slightly heavier, meant for one time use, lowest price.
HDPE recycled, more expensive, lighter and stronger then PO, fit for repeated use.
HDPE virgin, optional only, not in stock.
