Plastic pallets for hygienic use are very special. The pallets combine all the advantages of the pallets for heavy loads with a perfect hygienic finish. The HACCP pallet is the new standard: clean (no nooks and crannies or hollow area's) superstrong (taxable up to 1000 kilograms in rack's).
The upper and bottom plate are die-cast separately and then fastened to each other by means of mirror welding. This means that all ribbing which is necessary for sturdiness is on the inside and the outside is perfectly smooth. There are no seams, chinks or hidden places anywhere where mould or bacteria can grow. The pallets can be used in a rack and can be delivered with an indelible imprint.
